About the Role
We're looking for someone who wants to help small businesses grow and who is hungry to generate new business. You'll own your own pipeline through outbound prospecting and lead generation — no leads handed to you, no one looking over your shoulder. If you're self-motivated and want to do work that has a direct impact on real local businesses, this is the right role.
What You'll Do
- Prospect local small businesses with no website or an outdated one
- Run outbound outreach by phone, email, in-person visits, and social
- Qualify leads and book discovery calls
- Keep the pipeline and follow-ups organized
- Share what you're hearing from prospects so we can sharpen the pitch
What We're Looking For
- Self-starter who doesn't need to be managed daily
- Comfortable with cold calls and walking into a business
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Coachable and consistent
- Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, not a requirement
